Отец считает, что соль портит вкус бульона, поэтому холодец тоже без соли (нужно солить в ф форме). И язык варёный тоже без соли. В общем, всё без соли. Ему нормально, потому что холодец и язык он ест с большим количеством хрена и горчицы.
