Ответила "каши", потому что ненавижу гречку с детства. Даже с мясом. А кефир...от запаха кефира, простокваши и прочег сильно кисломолочного у меня, пардон, рвотный рефлекс. Тоже с детства. Реально спазмы в глотке начинаются.
